Do I need a ticket to attend?
Prime Rib Dinner: $40 per person, must be purchased by September 27th, 2026.

Prime Rib Dinner Tickets are non-refundable
General Event Admission: Open to the public ages 18+ or older - please no one under the age of 15 years of age will be allowed to attend
Tell me about the Prime Rib Dinner
Our Prime Rib Dinner is a delicious, sit-down meal served by our volunteers at 6:30 PM sharp during the event. It includes:
• Tender Prime Rib
• Two sides
• Access to a dessert table
• You must pre-purchase your dinner by September 27th to be served, our Dinners do sell out so purchase yours today.
• Prime Rib Dinner Ticket Price: $40 per person or $400 Sponsored Table for Eight (8).
• Prime Rib Dinner Tickets are non-refundable.
• You'll receive a wristband at check-in, which must be worn to be served dinner.
• Dinner takes place at your table—whether you're seated at a Sponsored Table or attending individually. If you're not part of a Sponsored Table, no worries! We have plenty of open tables available for guests who purchased a Prime Rib Dinner. Our friendly volunteers will serve everyone who’s seated and wearing a dinner wristband.
Where do I park?
You can park in the main lot at the Winter Haven Moose Lodge. If the lot is full, our golf cart volunteers will help shuttle you from nearby overflow parking.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! We’ll have a merchandise table with T-shirts, bracelets, pink bags, keychains, and more. All proceeds go to support breast cancer patients at the Hollis Cancer Center.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed, including water.
• Exception: If you have a health condition like diabetes that requires snacks, you're welcome to bring those.
